Emma Prowse“When designing products for the IKEA spring collection, I used the fluid and spontaneous characteristics of watercolours to create the patterns on VINTERIBERIS and LÖNNHÖSTMAL duvet covers, POLARTÅG and SÄCKSPINNARE cushion covers and SÄCKMAL curtain. Together with ELLJUSSPÅR rug, it is the contrast of light, fresh colours and dramatically darker tones that adds rawness to the designs. I hope this blend of edgy and pretty will be cherished and long-lasting in people’s homes."
Care instructions
- Airing and vacuuming will help to eliminate the smell that the rug can have when it is new.
- Do not wash.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not iron.
- Do not dryclean.
- Vacuum, shake and rotate the rug regularly.
- Dry spots; remove immediately by scraping carefully towards the middle of the spot.
- Wet spots; do not rub. Absorb with paper towels, damp with cloth and mild detergent.
- Professional carpet cleaning when needed.
- Always use the standard floorhead, never the rotating brush, when vaccum cleaning the rug.
