- If you prefer to sleep on your back, it’s best for you to rest your head in the middle of the pillow. If you´re a side sleeper, it’s more comfortable to put your head on the edge of the pillow.
- You get a dry and even sleeping climate thanks to the tiny holes in the pillow, which help air to circulate and moisture to evaporate.
- The removable cover is machine-washable at 60°C, a temperature that kills dust mites.
