- The sandbags are made from 90% recycled polyester, a durable and waterproof textile that resists mould and dirt.
- It’s easy to keep the canopy clean and fresh since you can easily remove and machine wash it.
- It’s easy to open and close the parasol by pulling the handle up or down. The parasol automatically locks in open position.
- The air vent reduces wind pressure and allows heat to circulate.
- The fabric gives very good protection against the sun’s UV rays as it has a UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating of 25+, which means it blocks 96% of the ultraviolet radiation.
- The hook-and-loop strap keeps the fabric in place when folded.
- The parasol pole is made of aluminium which means it won’t rust.

Good to know
- Always fold the parasol when not in use and never use it when it is windy.
- The parasol does not provide protection against reflected or scattered solar ultraviolet radiation.
- Possible to separate for recycling or energy recovery if available in your community.
- Minimum 30 kg of sand is needed for each bag.
- May be completed with TOSTERÖ parasol cover (220 cm).
- Fits into IGGÖN parasol base with sandbags.
Care instructions
- Machine wash, max 40°C, normal process.
- Do not bleach.
- Tumble drying, low temperature (max 60°C).
- Iron, max 110°C.
- Do not dryclean.
- The best way to extend the life of your parasol is by cleaning it regularly, protecting it with a cover whenever not in use and storing it in a cool, dry place indoors when the season is over.
