- The fabric gives very good protection against the sun’s UV rays as it has a UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating of 25+, which means it blocks 96% of the ultraviolet radiation.
- It’s easy to keep the canopy clean and fresh since you can easily remove and machine wash it.
- The air vent reduces wind pressure and allows heat to circulate.
- The hook-and-loop strap keeps the fabric in place when folded.
- The colour stays fresh for longer, as the fabric is highly resistant to fade thanks to the good lightfastness.
- The dope-dyeing process reduces consumption of water and dyestuff while improving colour fastness compared to traditional dyeing techniques.

Good to know
- Always fold the parasol when not in use and never use it when it is windy.
- The parasol does not provide protection against reflected or scattered solar ultraviolet radiation.
- Possible to separate for recycling or energy recovery if available in your community.
- To be completed with IGGÖN sand bag for parasol base, sold separately (or with 4 concrete slabs, min. size 50x50 cm, total weight min. 90 kg).

- Clean: With a mild soapy solution.
- The best way to extend the life of your parasol is by cleaning it regularly, protecting it with a cover whenever not in use and storing it in a cool, dry place indoors when the season is over.
- Machine wash, max 40°C, normal process.
- Do not bleach.
- Tumble drying, low temperature (max 60°C).
- Iron, max 110°C.
- Do not dryclean.
