Lukas Bazle“SKÖNABÄCK sofa-bed can be used as a cosy embracing sofa with storage under the seat and be turned into a bed at night. The most enjoyable part of designing it was developing a mechanism that allows the sofa to quickly transform into an open day-bed for a nap or more seating for guests. It's kind of like a magic trick, and it’s fun to see people’s reactions! My idea is that the sofa should always adapt to changing needs – and be good-looking at all times."
