Any IKEA product, delivered to your door in Bangladesh

These terms apply to every order placed on this website, which is run by Swedish (“Swedish”, “we”, “us”), Ground Floor, House 111, Road 8, Block C, Banani, Dhaka 1213. By placing an order you agree to them.
We sell genuine, new IKEA products. When you order, we buy the items from IKEA on your behalf, import them into Bangladesh and deliver them to you. Swedish is an independent importer and is not affiliated with Inter IKEA Systems B.V.
Product photos, measurements and descriptions come from IKEA. Colours can look slightly different on screen.
All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳) and include shipping to your door anywhere in Bangladesh and import duties, unless your order page shows a separate charge. The price on your order when you place it is the price you pay. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before taking any payment for it, and you may cancel.
Each product shows an expected delivery date before you order. These dates are estimates. Supplier stock, shipping and customs can cause delays; we will tell you by SMS if your order is running late. A delay does not change your price.
Occasionally an item sells out or is withdrawn after you order. We will tell you straight away and either offer a replacement you agree to, or refund everything you paid for that item. See our refund & return policy.
You can cancel an unpaid order yourself from your order page. Cancellations after you have paid a deposit are covered by our refund & return policy.
Please check your boxes when they arrive and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, wrong or missing, with photos. Products arrive flat-packed in IKEA's original boxes with assembly instructions. Assembly is not included unless we agree it in writing.
Where IKEA gives a guarantee on a product, we help you with claims, but we can't extend or replace IKEA's own guarantee terms.
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered in good condition. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
