Good to know
Handle tempered glass with care; never use if damaged, scratched or chipped, and avoid rapid temperature changes that might cause sudden breakage.
Avoid exposing tempered glass to sudden temperature changes, such as placing a cold glass lid in a hot oven.
Glass is fragile; to extend the life of tempered glass, keep the surface scratch-free, for example by avoiding metal scrubbers or contact with cutlery in the dishwasher.
The frying pan spreads heat very evenly and efficiently, so set the heating zone to medium heat for best cooking results.
If you grease the pan with oil or butter when frying, it will give you even better cooking results.
Wash this product before using it for the first time.
